Ingredients
Magnesium, Proprietary Hydrogen Matrix (malic acid, dextrose, tartaric acid, adipic acid, sodium stearyl fumarate)
Directions
Drop one tablet in a cup of pure water (12-16 oz) and wait for the tablet to dissolve. Stir if necessary, drink immediately, and repeat up to 3 times daily. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.
