Directions
Using the supplied dropper take the appropriate dose in a glass of water or juice. Take with food.
Adults: 1ml daily or as directed by your practitioner.
Children 2-12 years: 0.5ml daily or as directed by your practitioner.

Each adult dose (1mL) contains: • 50mg of Zinc sulfate (equivalent to 11.3mg of elemental Zinc).
