How to use

Step 1: Prepare the mask

Fill the mask's water reservoir with drinking mineral water or normalized saline using the included filling bottle. Connect the mask to your H Fizz Lite or Complete hydrogen generator using the connection tube.

Step 2: Select your mode

Press the power button to choose your preferred mode:

• Moisturizing: Gentle hydration and skin nourishment
• Relaxation: Calming relief for eye strain
• Bedtime: Pre-sleep soothing therapy
• Cold Compress: Refreshing puffiness reduction

The built-in music will begin automatically to enhance relaxation.

Step 3: Wear and relax

Place the mask comfortably over your eyes and adjust the strap. Sit upright (do not lie down to prevent water dripping). Close your eyes and relax for 10 minutes while the warm mist and calming music work their magic. The mask will automatically shut off when the session is complete.
